2021 – Sylt Weeks

From 23 August to 26 September 2021, a fresh, culinary breeze from the far north will be blowing in our restaurant. As part of our “Sylt Weeks”, we will be serving a special selection of Sylt specialities. Enjoy island-typical specialities, freshly prepared, a classic for years!

• Homemade sailor’s lobscouse
  with two fried eggs and cold side dish
• Oven fresh tarte flambée
  with matjes strips from two fillets, apple slices, radishes, onion, rocket and sour cream
• „Sylt harbour skewer“
  Prawns, salmon, crispy grilled vegetables and onions served with tagliorini and a chilli foam
• „Lister Duo“
  Fillets of redfish, plaice and salmon, melted butter, boiled potatoes and North Sea prawns, served with leaf salad in Sylt dressing
• Marinated lamb skewers from dyke lamb
  on a pineapple-papaya-chilli vegetable, served with ½ herb baguette
