Our visit to Internorga 2025 in Hamburg – A day full of inspiration and new contacts

Internorga in Hamburg is a firm fixture in our calendar every year. As the leading trade fair for the hotel and catering industry, it offers us the perfect platform to place new orders, meet existing suppliers and learn about the latest trends in the industry. Our visit was a complete success again this year – with exciting discussions, innovative discoveries and valuable new contacts.

Efficient orders and valuable discussions with suppliers

A central point of our visit to the trade fair was ordering new products for the hotel and catering sector. At the same time, it was important for us to meet existing suppliers in order to consolidate current collaborations and discuss future orders. The personal exchange with our partners not only strengthens business relationships, but also provides valuable insights into new products and market trends.

New design for our restaurant and hotel rooms

In addition to functional equipment, we were also looking for new furnishing ideas for our restaurant. At the stands of the design and furnishing suppliers, we were able to be inspired by the latest trends and compare different concepts. The exchange with our long-standing supplier of hotel room furnishings was also particularly exciting. Together, we discussed the latest developments in hotel room design and have already initiated initial plans for the next renovations of our rooms.

A new hotel system for the future

Another important topic was the search for a new hotel system. As our current system will soon no longer be supported, we were keen to find out about modern alternatives. At the trade fair, we were able to compare various providers, find out about functions and interfaces and make initial contacts. The impressions we gained will now help us to make an informed decision for the future of our hotel management.

Food trends, vegan products and innovative drinks

Of course, the culinary aspect was not to be neglected either. Internorga always offers an excellent opportunity to discover new food trends. There were many exciting innovations, particularly in the area of vegan cuisine – from plant-based meat alternatives to creative dessert variations. We also tried out new beverage innovations, including unusual cocktails, refreshing lemonades and exciting coffee variations.

A successful day at the trade fair full of inspiration

Our visit to Internorga 2925 was a complete success. In addition to productive discussions with suppliers and new business partners, we took away numerous new ideas and inspiration for our hotel and restaurant. The trade fair not only gave us the opportunity to explore current trends, but also to drive forward our strategic planning for the coming months. We are already looking forward to next year and are excited to see what innovations Internorga has in store for us then!
