Our Oldenburg kale
The kale we prepare here comes from the Oldenburg region and is cooked with love and according to a tried and tested recipe. In the cold season, kale is much more than just a vegetable – it is a real feast. We prepare it in the classic way – with Pinkelwurst, Kassler and bacon to create a hearty and spicy dish that is perfect for winter.
Kale trip with family or colleagues
In January and February, there are numerous opportunities to go on a kale trip – whether with family, friends or colleagues. A kale trip is a combination of hiking and culinary enjoyment in which kale plays a central role.
The kale trip is a wonderful opportunity to escape the winter and enjoy the best of North German cuisine at the same time. Whether with family, friends or work colleagues – the walk together followed by a kale meal is an experience that spreads good cheer. The fresh air, the convivial get-together and, of course, the kale make this tradition something very special.
If the weather is not suitable for a long walk, you are welcome to use our bowling alley. Spend a few hours having fun there so that you can enjoy the kale even more afterwards.
