We are, of course, open to your personal wishes and are happy to help you realize them. Your imagination simply knows no bounds. We are happy to offer advice and assistance to ensure your celebration – whether privately at your home or at our venue – meets your expectations. If a buffet isn't quite what you're looking for, we also offer three-course menus, which you can complement with additional appetizers as desired. In addition to our wide variety of dishes, we are also happy to offer beverage service, depending on your needs, based on consumption, or at a flat rate.

Experience regional dishes

The restaurant's menu is regularly updated to reflect fresh, seasonal produce. For example, "Aalsuppe" (eel soup), made with eel, herbs, and cream, has a long tradition in North German cuisine. A popular winter dish is "Grünkohl" (green cabbage), served with hearty Pinkelwurst (a smoked porridge sausage). Also popular are "Finkenwerder Scholle" (sweet slaw) and "Matjes" (matjes), young salted herring garnished with onions, apples, and cream sauce. "Rote Grütze" (red fruit compote), made with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and currants and often served with vanilla sauce or cream, is a highly prized dessert. Vegetarian and Vegan

Vegetarian and vegan diets have both health and ethical reasons. They emphasize the consumption of plant-based foods rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. As an alternative to our fish and meat dishes, we also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes. While we still use animal products such as dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese) and eggs for our vegetarian dishes, we avoid all forms of animal products for our vegan menus. This means that not only meat, poultry, and fish are excluded, but also eggs, dairy products, honey, and other animal by-products.
