The Hotel-Restaurant Thomsen in Delmenhorst near Bremen is ideal for young and old for a relaxing and varied short holiday.

The familiar and friendly atmosphere of the staff makes for an unforgettable stay and they are always happy to assist guests with advice and assistance.

Not only for smaller groups, but also for those who travel by bus, the hotel restaurant Thomsen offers special deals. Even short-term bookings are possible and a large bus parking lot is available directly at the hotel.

The Hotel

The family-run hotel is well connected to the public transport network from Bremen or Oldenburg and therefore easily accessible. But also car parking spaces are available for all who travel by car.
The modern furnished rooms (comfort / suite, business and standard) all have shower/WC, desk, TV and free W-Lan, the comfort rooms additionally have a mini bar.
Of course, non-smoking rooms, wheelchair accessible rooms and anti-allergy rooms are also available.
Six different rooms with a capacity of 150 seats are available for celebrations of all kinds, conferences and other events. The rooms are located on the ground floor, can also be completely darkened and the equipment is state-of-the-art.
In addition, there are also arrangements for a weekend or a short holiday, also ideal as a gift or surprise. Strengthen yourself with a rich breakfast buffet, discover the surroundings worth seeing during the day and when you return in the evening, an exquisite dinner with national and international cuisine awaits you.

There are three possibilities to be spoilt with regional and international dishes:

A la Carte

The menus offer a large selection of delicious fish dishes, hearty dishes, but also the classics such as schnitzel, burgers, steaks and seasonal delicacies are not missing. The á-la-carte restaurant is open daily from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday lunch on request.
On special occasions, theme evenings are organised with delicious theme-based dishes, such as at carnival or St. Martin.
Buffet

From groups of 20 persons, different types of buffets are also available. You can choose between a rustic, a German-Italian or a wedding buffet. Of course, other variations can be prepared according to agreement. The restaurant management will be happy to advise you.
Brunch

For groups of 15 persons or more, we are also happy to prepare our delicious brunch.

The leisure activities

At the Hotel

In addition to a fitness room, sauna and solarium, six federal bowling alleys are available, with seating for great fun among friends and colleagues to end the day.
In the surroundings

In Delmenhorst itself, the Municipal Gallery, the Museum Mill Hasbergen or the park at the Graften are attractions worth seeing.
The Hanseatic city of Bremen is only about 12 km away and offers, in addition to its well-known sights with the Rathausplatz and the Bremen Town Musicians, numerous shopping facilities, museums, theatres and cinemas.
