Cook apprenticeship
Are you passionate about cooking? Are you determined and a strong team player?
Then you are exactly the right person for this job. With your creativity and your enjoyment of cooking, our first-class cook training will lead you to become a master cook. Our restaurant has a high quality standard and if all guests are happy, you will take off your cooking uniform with a satisfied smile.
As a cook, what to expect:
- Your workplace is the kitchen - including all the steps involved in preparing and finishing food
- You will also be responsible for the preparation and presentation of food for our guests
- You will learn how to work out menu suggestions, how purchasing works and much more

Apprenticeship in Hotel Trade
Do you like working with people? We offer training!
To support our team, we are looking for hotel management trainees. Hotel and restaurant specialists work in almost all areas, for example:
Service
- Serving of food (both buffet and à la carte) and beverages
- Setting tables
- Wine-Service
- Service for conference events
- Breakfast service
Kitchen
- Work preparation
- Preparation of dishes
Housekeeping
- Cleaning of the guest rooms
- Cleaning of the public areas
- Laundry service
Reception
- Phone service
- Check-In / Check-Out
- Working with the hotel software
What we expect you to do:
- Hauptschulabschluss, intermediate school leaving certificate or Abitur
- good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages if necessary
- Independent responsibility
